This ray-shaped baklava is a true classic of Turkish and Middle Eastern pastry, made fresh every day in our Prague
workshop. Layers of delicate filo pastry are filled with a generous mix of pistachios and walnuts, baked until golden
and crisp, then finished with a light sugar syrup that adds just the right amount of sweetness.
Crispy on the outside, soft and rich on the inside — this is baklava the way it should be: fresh, never frozen, made with care.

sugar syrup (water, sugar), pistachios (80%), walnuts (20%)
